Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST are generally dispatched the next business day.

We use Australia Post to provide fast, reliable shipping Australia-wide at affordable rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.

Store Pickup

Local pickup is available from our workshop at:

137 Cunningham Street, Dalby QLD 4405

Collection Hours:
Friday: 12:00pm – 4:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and returned with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
