Refunds

We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any items except in the case of a product fault or incorrect item received.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Product Fault: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival (due to a manufacturing fault), we will offer a full refund or exchange.
  • Incorrect Item: If we have sent you the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange for the correct item.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • We do not refund or accept returns for products that are damaged in transit. Once an order is dispatched, it is the responsibility of the carrier (Australia Post) to ensure it is safely delivered. If your item is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with clear photos of the damage. We will assist you with filing a claim with Australia Post, who will handle any investigation regarding transit damage.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty, damaged due to a manufacturing issue, or if we have sent you the wrong product.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at: admin@print3dprecision.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Assessment: We will assess your case and, if necessary, ask for supporting photos or additional information to process your return request.
  3. Return Shipping: If a return is accepted due to a product fault or incorrect item, we will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label, if applicable. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either:
    • Process a refund to your original payment method, or
    • Ship the correct product, if an exchange is requested.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Items damaged in transit (as noted above).
  • Items that have been used or opened (unless faulty).

Damaged Items in Transit

While we take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely, sometimes items may be damaged in transit by the shipping carrier. We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for items that have been damaged during shipping.

If you receive a damaged item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Inspect Your Item: Check for any visible damage to the packaging and the product itself.
  2. Report Damage to Us: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with clear photos of the damage. We will assist you with filing a claim with Australia Post, who will handle any investigation regarding transit damage.
  3. File a Claim: If necessary, we will help you file a claim with Australia Post to seek compensation for damaged goods.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges unless the item is defective, faulty, or incorrect. If you need a different size, color, or product, we recommend you place a new order.
